Family discounts available. All items are capped at the above values and renew on a per-year basis; unused benefits do not carry over. Membership plans are not insurance, and plans require a one-year commitment.
How the Plan Works
The Southwest Smiles Plan is billed once a year and used in place of traditional dental insurance — no monthly premiums, no claims paperwork, and no coverage denials. It cannot be combined with dental insurance.
